QUARTZ WORKTOPS
Quartz is an engineered material which usually consists of 93%/94% natural material combined with resins and various colourants.
There are many benefits of using quartz worktops in a kitchen.
It is stain, heat and scratch resistant – more so than both granite and marble and is also antibacterial.
Due to the way Quartz is made, it is non-porous which makes it perfect for cleaning and hygienic/tough enough to handle raw food on.
Quartz can last a lifetime while maintaining it’s beauty.
GRANITE WORKTOPS
Granite and Marble are both naturally occurring materials. The elegant, natural look of marble and granite allows for a timeless, classic choice for any kitchen.
The look of granite is extremely hard to replicate, with its depth and pattern, it has both good heat and scratch resistance also.
Keep in mind, both marble and granite are porous and will need to be sealed on occasion or they will absorb a small amount of liquid.
As with all natural materials, some steps will need to be made in order to maintain a pristine condition.

Toughened glass splashbacks come in a range of colours which is designed to compliment both your kitchen and your new worktop.
Toughened glass is usually the best material to use for a splashback, due to its timeless look and easy maintenance – no need to worry about grout or polishing.
